Issuance of payroll checks will be monthly on the last business day of each month. Electronic payroll deposits will be scheduled for the 26th of each month. Bank transaction delays may result in deposits occurring anytime between the 26th and the last business day of the month. Pay will include anticipated work time through the end of the month for full-time employees. Hourly (part-time) employees are paid on the last business day of each month, and pay includes hours actually worked through the 20th of each month. No exceptions will be made to this regulation.

When an employee terminates employment with the library system, checks due to the employee will be mailed to the employee, after the employee has completed the exit process with the system administrative assistant. Pay will include pay for any accrued and unused annual leave.
