| East Hall Branch & Special Needs Library
Special Needs Library: The East Hall Branch and Special Needs Library goal is to provide excellent service to those with all sorts of disabilities including the blind, handicapped, mobility impaired and deaf. It contains a collection of approximately 5,500 talking book titles. The collection is supplemented with regular books-on-tape, large print books, and an enhanced described video collection and close captioned videos for the hearing impaired. The Special Needs Library also has equipment to visually and audibly enhance print so patrons can access the catalogs and Internet. Patrons can have material such as a will electronically read or transcribed. Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic Georgia Library for Accessible Services National Library Service for the Blind & Physically Handicapped Directions: From I-985, take exit 24 (turn right from northbound exit or left from southbound exit) onto Jesse Jewell Parkway (Highway 13). The East Hall Branch is 3/10s of a mile on the left.
